Erik was accepted into the Concert Strings Orchestra(CSO) of the Honolulu Youth Symphony! The CSO is the highest level among the four different strings orchestra groups through the HYS. Now the hard work begins, two hours of rehearsal every Saturday. Congratulations to Erik on this great accomplishment.

We are doing great over here – just busy as usual. Joe is growing and learning new things every day. He’s on the verge of walking so that will be a new thing to add to my day… We are expecting Baby #2 at the end of January. We should find out if we’re having a boy or a girl this coming Wednesday, so we’re looking forward to that.
How are things over there? I would love to spend some time in Hawaii right now!!
We did make it over there around Joe’s first birthday which was wonderful. We really wanted to get to a service while we were there but couldn’t work it out – hopefully next time!
Alright, I should get back to work… it’s great to hear from you! Here are a couple recent photos of Joe, too – he is quite the character.
All our best,
Nicole
Congratulations to Beth and Joel on their marriage Sunday!

The Preschool classes shared songs today at Chapel. Singing This is the Day, the Doughnut Song, King of the Jungle and Jesus Loves Me. It was a great gift by so many new singers.
