We are not putting up a new fence anywhere on campus, Trinity Fencing Team has begun practicing again on Wednesdays 1:30-3:00 PM.  Colin Chock, a decorated member of the United States Fencing Association, is coaching the class of ten through the basics of fencing.  He hopes to discover those who have the drive to move into the more advanced classes of fencing.  Trinity Fencing Team has been meeting at Trinity going on three years now.

Fencing has three weapons: foil, epee, and sabre.  The foil is the weapon of choice for the beginner.  At the first class students learned the beginning stance, salute, advance, retreat, lunge, gripping the foil and some basic attacks.

This year Colin Chock is implementing a belt system for testing and advancing students through the core program.
